Active cooling for DXeon (Prestonia)

Just curious ...
What are the best HS/fan-combinations available for P4 Xeons?
Dell-like mine are passively cooled and therefore the
case-fans are running high/getting loud after a while.
Wanna switch to active cooling ...
Any suggestions?

i thought my 38mm fan are thick enuff..this is even thicker

The 'funny' thing about 'em ...
You can mount the fan even vertical.

I think this is a 38mm fan, but a 60mm width, that's why it looks so thick.
