Default OC Abit IS7-E2 help plz

I am new to over clocking and am not sure what setting I should use to over clock my cpu. I have a Abit IS7-E2 motherboard that uses softmenu to overclock. I have a P4 prescott 3.06ghz CPU HT 800mhz FSB 2 gigs of Corsair XMS low latency DDR 400 dual channel ram. 500W cooler master PSU stock heat sink and fan on the PSU. I am looking for a mild over clock. Maybe push the CPU up to 3.2GHZ Thanks for your help.

3.2GHz should be relatively simple isn't it? Just bump up the FSB. I don't think you need to fiddle with other settings at all.

Yeah, it is a simple overclock since it's a small bump up in clock speed. All you need to do is increase the FSB clock speed.

U shud be aiming for at least 3.5 or so. I used to haf this mobo. It's absolutely awesome. I OCed my P4 2.4ghz to 3.2ghz n it was perfectly stable. Make sure u haf a good HSF though coz the S478 chips were like volcanoes.
