because of testing and so i can see is there a air iside it
if i get any air iside it will cause lower heat transfere

was playing with it
that plastic top is a mistake i hate it (have droped on a floor and it have broke uhhhhhhhhhhh )
now i need to make new top , will use aluminum or plastic 5mm

Highly recommended that you use aluminium plate.

Yeah, plastic looks nice but I think aluminium is not only sturdier but it will also help dissipate the heat.

I wish I had that big machine that can carve or cut that metal block into something else. My college has one of these too.
