Default VTT voltage/GTL settings - guide needed

Just put a new system together on a DFI LT P35-T2R based system (X3360 CPU). Anyway, I found this but it's not really source of info... can someone point me to a description of how to o/c using the VTT Voltage and GTL settings? My old P5B Del didn't have these options.

Settings for the system? I'll post some tomorrow when my replacement memory gets here (knock on wood). One of the two DIMMs was bad originally and Fedex f*cked up the shipment. Yeah, shipping is free now, but I'm running a system in single channel mode trying to get a stable overclock. I did, but I have no plans to run it with a single DIMM! I'm hoping the voltage requirements don't change. Current settings:

SB=1.075V
SB Core/PLL=1.55V
NB=1.37V
VTT=1.2V
CPU=1.15000V

Code:
D.F.I. LP LT P35-TR2        | BIOS: LP35D317
Intel X3360                 | 8.5x400 = 3.40 GHz
Ultra-120 Extreme           | S-Flex 1600 RPM 120mm
Corsair Dominator DDR2-1066 | (TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF)
2x 2 Gig Sticks = 4 Gigs    | 5-5-5-15 @ 960 MHz (5:6)
Corsair HX620 620W PS       | CMPSU-620HX
EVGA 8800 GTS (G92) 512 meg | 771/1944/2000 (core,shader,mem)
2x Seagate SATA Drives HD's | 1x EIDE DVD-r
Windows XP Pro SP2 (x64)    | Antec P182 Case

AFAIK, you don't really need to play with this voltage settings, unless you are shooting for high FSB on quad cores.
