"Real World" applications show a significant improvement for me with X64 even the loading of the OS itself, browser speed, program speed upon initial opening, compression programs ... games ...

If Graysky wishes me to research how this effects OS's that utilize more than 2G of physical RAM effectively then I will
That is memory capacity, not memory speed.

In which respect ?

Both memory capacity and speed are an issue with a 32 bit OS like XP thats why we are dealing with Vista X64. How do Graysky's results apply to a 64 bit OS ?

I see more than a 1 percent improvement on any memory timings I change on any program

Dyou think the 1 % you gain can be an margin error? ... (Depending on wich conditions you tested thoses parts)

I think at this case... i would more say it stay the same performance than say i gained performance...
