Default Overclocking Q9450

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and also new to overclocking. I am looking to overclock my new Q9450 with the 790i ultra motherboard.

I was wondering if someone could give me some idea of what to do with the voltages and fsb without blowing up my new system.

Thanks

There is a search function. It's much faster than waiting for someone to reply. Specially to such a basic question.
Anyway: Overclocking C2D/C2Q Processors (v1.7)
