I have Intel Core2due 3.0 E8400
XFX 630i Motherboard
plz help me to overclock both for better performance

You won't be able to overclock much. 630i is very weak when it comes to FSB overclocking. It will most likely hit the wall when your E8400 reaches 3400-3600MHz.
