I believe the dinner will be subsidised, but not fully on ARP's tab. There are reasons for this:
1. Adrian already throws a bash in the middle of the year at the ARP Anniversary BBQ.
2. The CNY dinner is also open to everyone, rather than by special invitation to select people only so the number are quite unpredictable.

Note that we will be making this year a special celebration so it will probably be fairly fancy. So do come and join us!
