Is 350 W enough ?? (classic power supply)
ATX 12V 350W PFC noise killer FORTRON Chenbro

Setup :
Motherboard Intel 945 D945PSN
Nvidia 6600 le
ddr2 512 MB x 2
wd 120 js sata
dvd rw sony

pretty good calc to use, i would think a 420w psu should be good for now

Yup, I would recommend 400W and above.
