Default Hypertransport Settings

Hey, recently got myself a MSI K8NGM-V board, and been checking the BIOS settings - I found there're tons of Hypertransport settings which are very strange and I think I need help here.

Here's the current settings:

LDT (K8) to NB frequency 800MHz

NB to NVIDIA (SB) frequency 800MHz

LDT (K8) to NB linkwidth [8 down 8 up]

NB to NVIDIA (SB) frequency [8 down 8 up]

Which is the most optimal settings for my AMD Sempron 3000+ Palermo E6?

Ive got pretty much the same settings on my mobo "Asus a8n-vm-csm" that has to do with the
NVIDIA frequency 800MHz

LDT to NB linkwidth [8 down 8 up]
especialy on mine i can go up to 16down by 16up on the linkwidth which to my avail i cant find any where that truely explains the best or worst settings for the two HOPEfully adrian will revise the BOG to list all these new PCI-E,HTT,LDT settings soon
