Default Help Needed for GigaByte Mobo

Hello,
I desperately need help as i think nuked my mobo. Here is my system:

2.4 GHz P4
GA 8I848PG Gigabyte MoBo
1 gig Ram, Geforce3 8x AGP 128MB

Before this everything was working fine, until the nerd inside me wanted to play around with the settings. I went to the bios, pressed ctrl + F1 and out came the 'Top Performance' setting. After selecting it, my PC won't boot!
I tried taking out the mobo battery, putting a jumper on the CLR_CMOS to clear the cmos but no avail. When i start my pc, there's no video output and the FDD led just lights up and stays that way. Any ideas on what i should do?

thanks.

its possible your graphic card might be shifted while you are fiddling with the PC

try taking it out & putting it back again.

mmmh, if you only choose the bios setting and didn't made any change you shouldn't get such error. Try to disconnect the system from the power supply and reset it and reassmble everything.

Default Problem persist

Thanks for the quick reply on the advice. I've tried plugging everything out and putting it all back again. I've tried changing the floppy disk (i later found out that i plugged in the wires incorrectly, the red line is suppose to line up with pin 1 right?) and the floppy doesn't even light up now.

Worst thing, my mobo is not making any beeps but all the leds and the fans do light up. How do i check if it's my mobo problem or processor or bios problem?

thanks everyone.

mmh, in that case, it could either be your cpu or mobo that's faulty.
