Wink C2D mobo

Hey guys,

I know this probably has been asked 39478329 times. but all threads I've searched talk about a good mobo for overclocking or SLI or something else, so here goes.

Can anyone recommend me a good mobo for a Core 2 Duo E6320?

I'm not going to overclock, i'm not going to use SLI, I just want a cheap (< $100) but good mobo that supports C2D, dual channel DDR2 667 ram, SATA 3.0 and PCI-E 16x.

There are so many option I don't even know which one to choose, I've been looking at "GIGABYTE DS3 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express" but it's $120 and people say it's good for overclocking, which I don't even care about.

Any help is appreciated

You might wanna go for P35-DS3 instead, it's a newer chipset, and it's supposed to be slightly faster. If it's not that much more expensive, I would go for this instead.

Ah that mobo is too expensive, it's like $139 at newegg.

This is the system i'm going to get:

Intel C2D E6320
MSI 945P Neo5-F LGA 775 Intel 945P
SUPER TALENT 1GB DDR2 667 (PC2 5300)
Western Digital 160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s
EVGA GeForce 8800GTS 320MB PCI Express x16

What do you guys think? i was going to get dual channel rams but meh, not that much difference in performance.

LMAO! Dump everything on the 8800GTS and the rest are crap... no offense. Only 1GB RAM, outdated motherboard.
