Default help me find simple match

Hi, my system was fine till now. Now i need more ram add but its not simple to me i dont have such big buged now and eather i dont need some high end stuf i thinking about some ram that can be tweaked to match my requirements (thaths my rams specf. working w.stable it can work at much higher mhz with cl3..etc 283mhz but i dont need) :
DDR SDRAM: 460 [225-230]mhz [2-3-3-5 / 16-20-2] 2.7V
so i need 2x256 or 2x512 it is no big diference for me.

So i need sugestions off all you guys (it will be wery nice to get help here; i hope), i canot buy and test.. and so on, play every time with new rams..

Even if we can come up with the brands of the RAM and what you should get, it may be pointless because we don't know what's available at your place. Why not specify your system specs here (CPU, mobo, RAM, OS, etc.) and what kind of RAMs are available at your nearest shops and we shall see what we can do?

Last but not least, what's your budget?

Btw, this shall be moved to the correct forum [General Hardware].

Ditto! We need more information to offer any meaningful help.

CPU? Mainboard? Existing RAM?
