ASUS chipset update

I'm trying to update my mobo but i cant. I downloaded the file and unzipped it. It contained a MakeDisk by ASUS to make a update disk. I extracted it (Right pic)but the file cant be executed(Left pic). I even tried booting it duirng startup but they say 1 NLDT file is missing. Anybody know how to proceed? Thanks.

Specs:
Athlon 64 3000++ (939)
ASUS A8N Sli
1GB DDR 400
ASUS 7600GT

Eh, you are selecting the Uninstaller. To install, right-click on the INF (e.g. nvatabus.inf) files and select Install.

nothing happens when i right click...no install option...

Cannot be... Unless you downloaded the update for the wrong OS. Where did you download the update?

ASUS.... downloaded the xp 32 bit ....maybe i better double check...
sigh....2nd time downloading...

Is this the one you downloaded - nVidia Chipset(CK804) driver version V6.65 for Windows XP(WHQL).?

Is this the file - http://dlsvr01.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mis...XP32_V665.zip?

damn!... i downloaded the wrong 1 earlier..thanks..but the thing..is ...after i downloaded from the link u gave...and run the setup, a window came up after the installation saying 1155. u know wat is it?

where do i check the chipset driver version? i went to device manager/system devices/ ....then?

Err... I really think there's something wrong with your system, rather than the driver files...

Can you get a screenshot? Anyway, just double-click on any NVIDIA controller you see there, and click on the Driver tab.
