i have small question
which core duo cpu have fully unlocked multiplier?

No Intel processors other than Engineering Sample, or Extreme series have multiplier unlocked.

Engineering samples no longer have unlocked multis if they are a non-extreme edition

Thanks for the correction. Haven't played with non-Extreme ES processors lately.

Well, we have a few Core 2 ES processors here. They are all locked. So I think they started doing it for the entire Core 2 series.
