The mobo model and memory information would help Marty. I haven't used an HP system in years but do remember the one I had took a special type of ram it was expensive.

Not really sure what this message is telling you .... has the memory speed been set to low in BIOS it should auto detect

800EB is a 133MHz processor. I'm not sure how the 100MHz RAM get in there. Did you 'upgrade' the RAM?

OH YES
-128MB of SDRAM PC133
-But the Model and the Manufacturer is still specifying.
-But what is this setting in the bios "Memory hole at 15M-16M" that can be found at the Advanced Menu of the CMOS using Award BIOS.

Either the RAM is lying or the motherboard is lying. You have to find out the reason. Or maybe the motherboard can't take 2 modules running at 133MHz. I'm not sure.

I'll try BIOS Update but one thing "How to boot using a USB Flash drive"
But before that, I have 2 processors One is 600 MHZ P3 that i put in the mobo, but that is not the Original Processor and the Warning didnt appear, that since the 800 Mhz Pro. is not working. Now the 800 MHZ is working, then after changing RAMS this Error came and then the Motherboard restarts unexpectedly. I tried to reset defaults and reset anything and change RAMS then it didnt change.
What can I do to fix this problem.

Does this restart problem also occur with the 600MHz CPU ?

You mentioned the 800MHz CPU wasn't working then it was ...
