Default P5K or P5Q?

What are the main differences between these three mobos and which would suit my system better. The P5Q's are 165.99 and 144.99. The P5K is 114.99.

Also if 1 or both the P5Qs is better overall, is it still worth the price difference of the cheaper P5K?

P5K - Canada Computers - Motherboards > Socket LGA775/T : Asus P5K/EPU Socket 775 Intel P35 ICH9 Chipset Dual-Channel DDR2 1066/800/667Mhz SATA 3.0Gb/s Support Up to 1600Mhz FSB.

P5Q - Canada Computers - Motherboards > Socket LGA775/T : Asus P5Q-E Socket 775 Intel P45 + ICH10R Chipset Dual-Channel DDR2 1200/1066/800/667MHz Dual Gigabit LAN 8-channel High Definition Audio 2 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 Slots 8x SATA 3Gb/s .

Cheaper P5Q - Canada Computers - Motherboards > Socket LGA775/T : Asus P5Q Socket 775 Intel Intel® P45 + ICH10R Chipset Dual-Channel DDR2 1200 / 1066 / 800 / 667 6x SATA 3.0Gb/s 8-channel High Definition Audio 1x PCI-E x16 Firewire 12x USB 2.0.

Either of the board is good. All current Intel chipsets are very stable.

save that 40 dollar and get the P5K.
P45 doesn't offer much.

I'll pick the P5K. since the only difference is the newer chipsets. After all Intel is coming out with their new processor (new socket) so i don't think it worth getting the newer chipset IMO...
