I long time no touch processor, last time only p3 lolx so.. a bit not uptodate

Newegg.com - Foxconn G31MV-K LGA 775 Intel G31 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards edit: what we need to see on a motherboard to determine it is a good board? I'm still don't know how to see it.

It's a pinless, contact-based LGA (Land Grid Array). So you need is a motherboard with LGA775 socket. (Socket T if I'm not mistaken). Quote:

Foxconn seems to be quite good. Very under the radar at the moment but they make tons of motherboards for other companies, and even iPods for Apple.
