i have purchased a intel processor core 2 due

and looking for motherboard

which is better among two

1)Gigabytes Intel
2)Asus

pls suggest a proper motherboard

depends on the usage and model?..i think both brands are just as good though

..btw which Core 2 Duo Processor did you get?

Gigabyte and ASUS are both motherboard manufacturers. They produce a WIDE variety of motherboards for both Intel and AMD platforms. It depends on your budget and what you intend to do.
