So how dangerous do you guys think it would be to do this mod without the meter? I'm thinking of trying it with just 3 strokes of the pencil. BTW can any pencil be used? Sorry for bringing up the old topic. I currently have my X800PRO flashed to X800XTPE getting 3DMarks equivalent to X1800XL...and I want to push it some more!

It's like driving on a highway without a speedo meter! That's crazy, especially if you don't want to get caught by the police.

If I can tell you one stroke is going to provide the exact amount of conductivity, it wouldn't have to be so difficult. One stroke might do nothing, but the second stroke is too much. Who knows.

Maybe my example wasn't good enough. It's like driving blind folded.
