i dunno why .. i can wear this kind of earphones design .. my ears will hurt

i prefer wearing the sony's US versions of hearphones/earphones.. where the earbud is like .. follow the design inside of your ear.. provides more bass

Yes, this is because the driver is closer to your ear, so the bass seems more present.
