I think the review is not good, you did not test the vf-700Cu that is the same price range of this cooler.

I'm really sorry, but I don't have a VF700Cu with me. But there's one thing I will say, VF700Cu might have a chance of beating all of them, BUT the noise level will be a lot higher at 12V. 5V will not be sufficient because of the lack of surface area.
