But to think I've had my 7900GT for quite a while now so I've enjoyed that level of performance for a while now (which is why I'm indifferent coz thats how it is). Looking forward to the next step I take.

Yeah, as long as any decent high-end graphics card is bought the day it comes out, it is indeed a worthy investment.

Difference is just about 100-200 bucks.

Hmm.. If the difference is so little, I would really go for the 8800 GTS (320MB).

BTW, don't forget that this is just an overclocked version of the standard GeForce 7900 GS. You can buy a cheaper card and try it out yourself.
