@emmet - what chipset is your mb using and is your ram really running @ 1183 MHz (2.5x the CPU)?

Eh, I just noticed a big mistake on my CPU-Z. It was on Speedstep mode. The actual CPU speed is 3.9GHz, 9x multiplier, 435MHz FSB.

P5K Deluxe...

P35 based

Memory was on divider, running 1183 total speed.

I tried to run it again after that run, and system rebooted..

Not totally stable, but it ran once

Yes, it's easier to see the differences between all CPU's.

Now, the results with my fantastic Pentium M...
It's too slow, so there is only 2 runs.
Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bits.
