know and that sux maybe because 256bit have lower performance than 320 or 512bit

Well, yes, but it's not really memory bandwidth limit these days.

No its not and DDR3 still performs better than DDR4 with better latency.

But the difference is negligible, and most games are really stressing on the core these days, like Crysis etc. With PsyhX, the core will run harder than ever. That's why G92 is as fast as 8800 GTX despite the 384bit 256bit difference. Just a bump on the core speed is all it takes.

Unfortunately, there aren't enough GPU-accelerated PhysX titles to matter much yet. I don't see PhysX acceleration on the GPU taking off fast enough for this GT200 generation either.

I think NVIDIA would have launched their next gen cards by the time there are significant software titles that can accelerate physics on the GPU. I will probably wait until then to really migrate, especially if I already have a fast G92 card like the 9800 GTX or even the 8800 GTS 512MB.
