I have a 50 dollar ASrock 478 mobo in my hand and the caps look exactly the same with the blue markings. Standard electrolytic caps are prone to leakage and are inefficient at high frequencies that's why they are usually paired with a ceramic or polystyrene decoupling cap around 0.1uF. On this board hard to tell without a parts list ![]()
