Default Overclocking worked

I followed your guide to overclock and am having great results! My first test run with 3dmark03 scored 1400 plus at 1024x768! I do have the 64 MB version of the Go5200. I installed the newest Forceware driver, 56.17 I think or something. This driver also fixed the DVD playback issue. My question now is, after upgrading the driver and applying the new settings, which, by the way are 238 and 486 (240 and 500 worked but froze for about 8 seconds a couple times; the new settings seemed to be most stable), my screen goes black and then on again on system startup in windows. Sometimes it does it twice in a row. Is there a way to keep this from happening?

Maybe they are applying the overclocking settings while entering the Windows?

Default Flashing Screen

That's what I thought. I reset the driver to the default settings with no mods to the Frequency and it did it still. Maybe it's the driver. I'm going to install the 61.12 driver that you provided a link to. I'm currently using Forceware 56.72. Hope this helps and maybe I can up the clock speeds as well. I finally got it stable at 225/475. Seems a bit low. It scored 1902 in 3DMark03 at 640x480x32. Anything higher seemed to cause it to freeze up at some point during the test or Demo. I'll post what happens after the driver update.

That's great news.

Too bad you cannot reach 300MHz. Looks like NVIDIA's Go5200 cores aren't performing up to their specified standard.

If you want to further improve 2D performance, you can force Rivatuner to set a higher range of available 2D clock speeds.

That screen "blink" is a result of Rivatuner changing the GPU clocks.

You may update your driver but Rivatuner will still changing the GPU clocks everytime you boot up. So, if you don't want to see that "blink" during startup, you will have to reset Rivatuner to use default clock speeds.
