That was with my R9500 flased to a R9700 Pro BIOS. It worked for a long time, a few months. One day, I was playing some games, I get very weird stuttering while playing ET. I though it was HDD swapping, so I decided to reboot to see if that's the problem. But unfortunately, the system failed to boot up again. I get video card error beep. Knowing that the card is causing the problem. I tried the same card on my 2 secondary systems, either doesn't boot, or the same video card error beep. So my R9500 was officially dead. Unfortunately, I think your card is dead as well...And I don't think it's related to the BIOS flash. You can try flashing the BIOS again. Make sure you changed the Init Display First to PCI. Check here for more info. http://www.rojakpot.com/showFreeBOG....0&bogno=73 But chances are, you won't be able to flash the BIOS at all. |
