    Online-to-Offline Commerce has been around as a marketing tool for many brands out there such as targeted SMS to encourage users to visit outlets nearby. Despite being a rather used marketing tool, online-to-offline commerce has taken on a new approach with mobile apps such as WeChat that provides a more engaging interaction between brands and their consumers. With apps such as WeChat that helps to engage consumers differently than existing O2O commerce, brands are open to new possibilities to market their products and services better.

    When a physical store employs consumer social media sharing, customer feedback, promotions, and launches regarding its merchandise or services online; that is called offline-to-online marketing to engage and enhance their online presence among consumers.
