1 , Well I make things the way I like, but there are a few things, But it's hard to tell... I can make a damn good cheese cake!

2 , Hire the best help I could find. Mantain "The most consistent product, whatever that may be". And and keep the place SPOTLESS CLEAN!

3 , Yup!, My Grrrl likes Boston Terriers,,, Mabey someday. Boo is a "Alpha" Dog King of his domane.

4 , Hmmm, "The dark side". I could "stir things up", If I tried
but I never would...

It's up to your taste.

You can pan broil, with an (VERY HOT!!!) iron skillet...
(Warning smokes up THE WHOLE HOUSE!!! , SETS OFF SMOKE DETECTORS!!! FIRE HAZARD!!!!)

Or use a very hot grill. My preferance.

A little salt, black pepper, and a pinch af garlic salt. Thats all!

And A-1 steak sauce...
