All inclusive (house and grounds) it should be worth selling for ~600.000 EUR .. should be around 2.600.000 RM (if 1 USD = 3.6 RM).

Do many people build such houses over there?

Over here, we build houses very close to each other in housing estates. There's not much land to go around, unless you are rich and can afford a semi-detached house or a bungalow.

Not many by now, but it's some kind of economic construction (using solar-energy and the warmth of the earth itself for example) and that's something growing more popular these days.

Ic .. well of course in the center of the cities houses are built the same way, but outside of them there's plenty of ground to be used (and ppl appreciate that ^^).

Well, the thing is we are still building such houses even in the suburbs.

Personally, I would love to see more personality in everyone's houses. Something different, you know.
