ummm the water appears.. just...anytime. the lamp is on whenever i am at home. say about few hours a day? i think the salt lamp is meant to absorb something in the air

Leave it on for a few days 24/7. I think the water will go away.

But if you left it off again for some time I bet the water would come back.
