I really like to sleep when it's raining.. it's sound calms me down a lot.. I think that will help ya..

What they say is that if you can't sleep, don't try to force yourself to sleep in bed. It most probably won't work.
Best to get out of bed and do something else like read, work, or call your gf/bf. Then once you're tired, go to sleep.

i was so tired n i couldnt open my eyes anymore, so i went to bed. But...uh.......
