Default cannot surf internet

I cannot surf internet at all. i connect streamyx through a router.

I can access my router webpage, which is 192.168.1.1. I can see my sent and received packet receiving.I set all setting in correct condition

I can also ping Google, and other website , got received the ping back.

I found out the packet keep dropping at this address(219.93.218.177) about 60% wheN i use a program call winMTR.

Anyone know is it Streamyx fault or my fault? thanks inadvance.

I assume you have another computer to access the internet with since you were able to download winMTR and post to this forum, correct? If you do and it works fine, you can rule out the router, modem and ISP.

What operating system are you running, Windows XP? If so, go to WinSock XP Fix 1.2 Freeware download page - tested and reviewed software downloads from SnapFiles and download the winsock fix tool, copy it to your broken system and see if that does the trick.
