I am quite sure it is now as well either the card or the monitor testing the card in another machine will tell for sure. Games and movies use different resolutions than the normal desktop as you know could be the monitor getting weak as well.

this happened after I installed a TV card, but I had since removed it, but the "artifact" still happen.

I am afraid it might be the card itself then were you able to try it in another machine ?

you mean the TV card? I put it in another machine it works, and it does not recognize my TV card anymore, the second time i put in my rig which is facing the artifact problem now.
