An American Chinese man was apprehended in the Mid Valley Megamall on the 8th of August, 2015; after he was caught taking upskirt shots of a young lady. This Peeping Tom was so brazen, he did it right in the open! The victim, Ms. Chong Xi Yin, was going up an escalator to the 2nd floor of the Mid Valley Megamall when her boyfriend noticed the man standing behind her.
