Current setup is in sig, bios extras disabled, spread disabled, unlinked memory

I know the evga 122-ck-nf63-tr is a terrible overclocker of Quads due to it not specifically being made for them. (had a update or something to support it) But, has anyone tried OC with it with any luck?

Should I just consider 2.8-.9 ghz from 2.4 a good OC and call it quits with this board?

I'm not sure about this board, but an average overclock for a Q6600 is around 3.2GHz at the peak.
