I am looking for the best SSDs for my new workstations. I divided it by interface:

    SATA: Samsung 850 Pro
    M.2: Samsung XP941
PCI: ? (Plextor M6E, OCZ RevoDrive 350, Mushkin Scorpion Deluxe, OWC Mercury Accelsior)
    SATA EXPRESS: none

My WS is based on latest Intel Haswell-E CPU. I working in arch-viz industry (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Vray, Photoshop)

I don't know which to choose and if it is worth it to go with SATA in RAID 0.

    What are Your advices?

Samsung 850pro (or 840pro, or 840 evo, heck even 830 pro would do), because you didnt list intel ssd. the main reason to get an SSD is for its random r/w performance. high sequential transfer means nothing because we don't sit in front of our pc moving multi GB mkv porn all day long. besides, modern OSes have pretty good async io caching system.

I wouldnt want to put my data on the rest of the ssds you suggested.

Crucial M550, MX100 or even the newer M600 are worth considering. Can't beat Micron chips.

Not considering Intel at all? :D

Unless it's really cheap, I can't recommend Intel. It is based on ancient Sandforce that nobody is really using, and it only excels in compressible data.

The only good thing is probably its reliability and long warranty.

Well, it's fast enough but most importantly - reliable.
