Female .. .. well I've never seen a pink card. ^^

Decent gaming for ~400RM is one tough thing .. some cheap ATi X600pro or nV6200 .. but dun expect them to speed up her gaming-life that much. ^^
Which card is she using now?

Ed.: Cuz I dunno how cheap/expensive stuff is over there, maybe some nV6600 would be in range.

ATI just released an X550 card so you might want to look into that

how about the ATI RADEON X550 VPU (RV370) @ RM400

    *128Bit, 256MB, DDR2(-2.8ns)
    *core:450MHz
    *memory:700MHz
    *PCIE

seen like a pretty good deal to me.

Compared to onboard-VGA it'll be "much" (depending which kind of GPU it is) faster of course.
But the question is if she'd be satisfied to be not able to play any recent game in descent quality and speed.
Cuz with this range of cards, she'd still can not. ;) ^^

I guess that Nvidia 6600 (non-GT) will be an excellent choise for her. Not too old, and will still run most of the new games in the market. And yeah, it's in the price range, around 100$.

x800gt ALL the way... Its 150 here in the use so it would be 600 rm i guess. It would be far worth it though.. FAR WORTH IT! ahg.
    Good luck :p
