Does anyone know of a good programs for opening Pirated software?

I was wondering whether anyone knows of any programs used for opening pirated software? I download a screen reader called Window-eyes in Bit Tourent format. i was not able to open it.
The only reason i'm resorting to using pirated software in the first place is, that i'm blind and get SSI each month. The thing is, screen reader software, even at the cheapest, is too expensive for me to get more than just the free demo version.so, now you know my plight.
Could anyone help me?
