HELP QX6850 REBOOTS-FREEZES on screen

    You are prob correct Max, I was off still searching for information on this, I came across this guide. While OMG may not want to OC his computer working with this guide and adjusting things as Tony outlines should be able to get him stable even at stock speeds.

    Though it is written concerning the DFI 680i and the Conroe, it should be roughly the same for the eVGA as far as working with the voltages by area.

    I never asked him to overclock his processor. :mrgreen:

    I understand that none have asked him to do so. My point in that link to Tony's guide it to use as a Reference as to what Voltages he may need to adjust. Thereby gaining stability using the Quad through the bios. As you stated adjusting just Vcore may do it.

    Whether he/she decides to OC at a later time is purely up to OMG :mrgreen:
