There's quite a number of Intel processors in there. I bought AMD because it was so much cheaper back then.

Athlon, Athlon XP cost me less than US$90 per processor. A64 was different because A64 was better than Intel's offering.

And unlike someone here, ALL of the processors are Intel... :shifty:

Actually, I'm quite a bit of an "alternative" kind of guy. :haha: :haha:

I won't bore you with the full details of my "babies"... but suffice to say, I've gone from a i386SX-16 to a Pentium MMX before moving to and loving the Cyrix 6x86 and 6x86MX processors and even the AMD 486DX4-100 and AMD K6.

Eventually, I feel in love with the superb AMD Athlon XP. :thumb: But during that time, I also used the Transmeta Crusoe processor as well as the Intel Pentium M processors.

The Intel Core II duo is better than the Pentium D.

The Core 2 duo has lotsa cache and a huge front side bus. That'll make the biggest winner.

I been to the stores and checked out these prices of the Cores - they are very expensive, RM760 for the lowest end model. Whoa.

Since we're all doing it :shifty:
    Intel 486DX, Intel Pentium MMX 200, Intel P4 2.0/2.4, and then...AMD Opteron 144/146.
It's all right to try new things :wicked:
I have no problems with going for whatever is best at the time. Including GeForce cards.

    i have one cyrix processor...
    just asking...
where to find cyrix mobo in malaysia...
someone told me that it can use pentium 3 mobo...
    is it right?

Err.. I'm not sure which Cyrix processor you are referring to, but Cyrix processors are Pentium and Pentium MMX alternatives. They are physically, electrically and logically compatible.

    ok...
    i'll check my cyrix cpu...
hopefully it can fit Pentium MMX mobo...
