It's even worse when they stop making 4:3 screens. I need it for potrait photo editing, I'm not going to waste my time rotating the screen all the time.
4:3 monitors ftw. Dell is still selling their UltraSharp 4:3 here in North America though. But too bad most manufacturers don't make any new 4:3 anymore, and if they do, they cost lots of $$$$$
Just bought a widescreen 22" Samsung 2232BW, my first widescreen and first decent LCD. It's great! I love it and see no reason to go back to a 4:3 monitor.
Change that. "It looks like everyone's concentrating on wide screen panels for ALL models". Even 19" is wide screen nowadays. Wide screen is the trend.
