Need to convert *.TGA to *.JPG/JPEG

    I need a software that can convert picture files *.TGA to *.JPG/JPEG.
    Please recommend me the best software that can do this (preferably FREEWARE).

    FYI, I just need to do the conversion, nothing more. So please recommend a very simple software (don't recommend really powerful software like Photoshop)
