 Any of you using it now?

Comes with Windows 8 or as an update on Windows 7.

So far, I like the streaming performance of RDP 8.0

Streams moving pictures/video/youtube much better compared to RDP 7.1

I use splashtop for accessing remote desktop now. Works well with support for gestures from my iPad. It's like using a Windows 8 tablet. LOL!

I remote desktop to home from work because i don't want to let IT see what i'm browsing.

With RDP 8, videos/gifs actually looked like streaming video rather than slideshow on RDP 7.1. :thumb:

Too bad I can't use RDP 8 because I'm using Linux in office... I will try once I switch to Win 7.

Wait, can I get RDP 8 features with both Win 7 machines after this update?

Your ISP allows port 3389 on your end?

Hehe, luckily my office opens port 3389. I'm posting this via RDP too.

Office blocks port 3389. But I use port 22 and 443 instead and port forward at home router :shhh:
