Hei man u all forget about roti telur ( Roti with eggs ) and how about roti plaster. Anyway it like like plaster, is just an egg on top of the roti. Those Crispy is it what we called roti tissue???
What roti are you referring to Adrian? Syrup? I believe the 'syrup' that you are mentioning about the roti tissue, should be condensed milk. Well, that is what it seemed to me.
Haha... no... I meant that they dipped it into something sweet before "frying" it. That's why it's so... err.. stiff and sweet.
