Since it has a HD display, how many HD movies can you store with 32GB? 8 max? But realistically, after the OS and applications, you will only have around 25GB left I think? So only 4 -5 movies.

And for Dashken, 4 -5 HD porn is not enough for 1 fapping session... :haha:

Yeah... that's the problem... but if I'm at home... I think I'll just stream it from my PC... easier than copy here and there...

And for fapping session, no need HD one la... those normal 1GB+ per file is more than enough... and I don't watch it from start to end... just important parts...

But for me, the use of the Micro SD is to transfer file from devices to devices, and I can easily perform a full backup of the phone (with root). So having 100GB on the phone still doesn't solve my concern.

Higher chance of hitting the spot and avoid dirtying the bed... hmm... good thinking there.

But step-by-step la bro... I'm not as rich as the Chais, Adrians, Kens, Sulaimans, etc. Actually... I'm damn poor la...

SSSh... Save up some cash first for the tablet - it's worth buying! Of course, don't starve yourself, make sure you save up as much as possible... :)

Hmm...I still prefer white, but I think grey will last much longer.

The screen is really really good. I have been busy rooting, and unlocking bootloader. Haven't really had a chance to use it yet, since I have to cut the SIM to micro SIM first.

It is really fast and smooth! But I managed to bricked it. So I need to restore it first...Long process...

Wow... bricked as in cannot boot/on at all or can boot to bootloader? :D

Hmm... and I heard there's the method of formatting the SD card when encountering a bricked phone... for One X, plug into PC and format? :D

When it is bricked, PC can't even detect the phone. This is the problem with no Micro SD slot. Make things much more difficult. Make sure you copy a few working ROM into the built in SD card before you do anything stupid. Or you can backup the ROM first using CWM.

No matter what you do, bootloader will be untouched because HTC prevents you from touching it. I managed to get the phone working again.

Nope, not a common problem it seems. Maybe it is with early ROM versions.

This phone is battery hungry by default because of the screen brightness, and things like Wifi is permanently on even when standby. I have been tweaking these slowly. I haven't migrated to new phone yet. I have some problem migrating the calendar as it is currently not possible to sync with Google Calendar.

So, are you on default or already flash to LeeDrOiD One Xtreme or Android Revolution? :D

So, the things to do are...

    1) Copy working ROMs into the phone
    2) Install HTC drivers
    3) Unlock bootloader at htcdev website (I don't see One X in the list), where did you do it? :D
    4) Enable USB debugging
    5) Root the thing
    6) Flash to CWM and backup
    7) Start flashing custom ROMs? :D

    Did you use the toolkit? [TOOL] HTC One X All-In-One Toolkit V1.0 [4-17-12] [PERM ROOT][Noob-Proof] - xda-developers

    And what's with s-on and s-off?

Using Android Revolution now, but nothing really special, just a modded stock ROM.

    3) Unlock bootloader at htcdev website (I don't see One X in the list), where did you do it? * Just choose the Others
    4) Enable USB debugging * Not sure about this, I didn't use this

I did use the All in One toolkit, but some things don't work correctly for me. So I use the ADB command to flash certain things like boot.img. This step is critical and required for some custom ROMS like Android Revolution. Super wipe is also critical, make sure you perform this.

    Should be like this
    6) Flash to CWM and backup
    7) Super wipe the phone using ADB scripts or from CWM
    8) Flash the boot.img using ADB commands. (May require Android SDK, quite hassle to do this part)

    9) Start flashing custom ROMs?

HTC any day! i have HTC Desire S. and beofre that i owned a samsung touch phone. HTC is incomparable to samsung, or even nokia for that matter. Try it and believe it, go to your nearest mobbile shop and take a demo trial. the tough sensing is absolutely smooth, outclass. and it supports innumerable features. its your perfect companion on the go. i totally recommend it! even the looks of the phones are very smart. they will fit in palm as if it was always meant to be there:)

Step 8 can be made easier without needing to download Android SDK though. But I'm not sure why the cook never include them to make the installation easier. They can even create a script for that if they wanted to.
