Satellite M200 CPU fan alternative.

Friend's M200 CPU fan failed.

Any suggestions on replacing the fan?

Seems like Satellite M200 is not for the US market.
Which makes it harder to hunt for a replacement fan.

Any idea if there's a similar fan to replace this one?

Out of warranty. I wonder how much will it cost to send for repair since labor here is shit expensive.

oh, i ordered a fan from a satellite M105. hope they are the same.. LOL or else i might try WD40 on the fan instead.

 

LOL! Good luck! But I don't think WD40 will work on a dead fan!

If there's enough space in there, you can jury-rig a different fan but not sure how well that would perform. Still, it would be better than having no fan at all!
