Spider in my garage

    RIP spider.:(

    It did not get that cold after all. But still she died. The other night I blew some warm breath on her and she woke up and did a 360 in her nest and wiggled a bit. That's the last time I saw her move. Now she sits, still looking alive... But not.:(

    Hmm.. Do spiders hibernate??? I guess not... :think:

    Some can 'overwinter'. But not this type.

    DYKT: Some tarantulas can live up to ~25 years!:o

    Yeah, I heard! They can live really long. Some people say they make great pets, but hehe.. not my type of pet!

    Yeah me too...:faint:

    But worst yet you would have to buy live 'feeder' crickets and a mouse every now and then. And feed the poor buggers alive to the spider. Kinda morbid.:|

    Indeed! Not my kind of pet. :hand:

    I prefer a dog any day! :beer:
