Terrorkom upgraded my account?

Did terrorkom screw up again? Did they upgrade my account to 192kbps upload speed?

Now my upload speed can hit 20KB/sec pretty easily!

And I haven't done anything!

I only saw this last night. Normally I capped my line at 8-10KB/sec as you can see with my Netlimiter. But yesterday night before I go to sleep, I uncapped my line and I saw shocking speed. I thought it was just a small peak that usually happens right after I uncap. But it didn't stay there and kept going up till 22KB/sec! Now I capped my line at 18KB/sec so I can still download at reasonable speed!

Even my download speed went up a little, it can do 45KB/sec, normally it's below 40KB/sec. Weird.

This is too much. My line is STILL slow!

Maybe I should complain to Terrorkom and give Chai as an example of their inequality when it comes to distributing bandwidth!

 

Then I better remove all the evidence...why should I share the pain you are suffering...
